Manager, Revenue Operations
Remote - US
This role can be performed remotely within the United States.
Our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is charged with building and maintaining a world class go-to-market engine through a combination of software, process, and policy. Our Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience teams rely on this mission-critical tech stack to serve our customers and monitor progress against our KPIs. This constantly evolving ecosystem of systems and processes must keep pace with FullStory’s growth and best practices from across the industry.
As Manager, Revenue Operations, you will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, managing our existing team of RevOps Managers. You will own the prioritization of the Operations team with a clear understanding of all projects and initiatives coming from the business, acting as the point of contact between stakeholders and team.
In a typical day, you might:
Manage and lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals including, sales/revenue performance measurement, account segmentation, voice of customer, and revenue team dashboards.
Use Jira Project Management to direct operational priorities connected to new business, customer acquisition, and customer retention/growth.
Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership off sites, All Hands, etc. Set the agenda, participate in the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes.
Assess, scope, and position key transformational efforts that need to be executed against to drive the changes needed for to achieve our business goals.
Collaborate with other departments such as product, pricing, and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.
Here's what we're looking for:
Experience managing a team of Revenue Operations professionals.
Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or similar.
Experience using data-driven insights to create plans of action for revenue, partnerships, and customer success.
Experience in sprint planning and using ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
Experience using BI tools (e.g. Looker), CPQ (e.g. Salesforce), Sales tech stack (i.e. Gong, Seismic, Zoominfo, Clari, Jira, etc.), and excel/google sheets/google docs.
The impact you will have in 6 months:
Align priorities with the RevOps Managers and streamline the intake and assignment of new projects to the team.
Communicate best practices to the organization on how, when, and where to allocate the workload for operations team members, ensuring the most efficient use of their time.
The impact you will have in 12 months:
Consistent and timely responses on all requests coming to the Operations team with clear KPIs, next steps and understanding prior to solutions being built (Striving for Operational Excellence).
Unified faith and SLAs from stakeholders regarding all projects inflight and on deck based on an in-depth knowledge of business process and FullStory operations.
